 We regret to announce that Rebecca was found deceased on December 5, 2007. No other details are available. Rebecca Leigh Mullins has been missing since September 21, 2007 from Bay City MI she is a resident of Brookwood adult foster care home at 909 Murphy St. in Bay City MI. Becky is 57 years old, 4 Foot 8 inches tall and 135 lbs. with gray hair and brown eyes. She in mentally challenged and functions at a six year old level. She speaks like an adult, cannot pronounce her K’s and C’s they sound like T’s. After you talk with her for a few minutes you can figure out something is wrong with her. She walks with a slight limp and her left hand is mildly deformed. Becky needs assistance with her personal needs. Beckey has a long history of running away and has done this since she was six years old. We have always found her within 2-3 hours, the longest she has been gone was 1 and a half days on one elopement attempt. Becky likes to hitchhike for rides and is very friendly with everyone.
